We don’t give refunds.

The reason we don’t give refunds is that the bookings are the commitment needed to sustain the retreats.

We need to guarantee numbers in order to plan the events in terms of logistics and planning and if we were to offer refunds then the whole retreat could be jeopardised.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that will cover you in case problems with your travel connections prevent you from attending the retreat.

We hope you understand.

If, however, in the unlikely case that the event is cancelled then of course you’re entitled to a refund.

UPDATE: in this time of pandemic we will give a full refund if it’s not possible to make the event in Morocco.
